I have been busy!

I have been busy over the last few days  and produced lots of cards.  Not like me at all I have to say as I spend more time on the internet browsing than I do ‘making’.  Anyway these are some of the cards I have made.

Lili Of The Valley Square Toppers

I took a look around the Lily Of The Valley Outlet Shop on e.aby and wouldn’t you know it, there were lots I wanted!  Anyway I restrained myself (kinda!) and below are the results of the first cards made with them.

This in an Engagement card.  Requested by one of my colleagues, it also had to be a money envelope. I think it worked quite well.

This one is a Wedding card, double twisted easel.  Another colleague seen a twin card that I made and asked for it as a wedding card.

I had a request for a money wallet to match this card, so had to have a go! They seemed to go down well.

Playing with my Cuttlebug

Afternoon Folks
I have finally managed to get to play with my new Cuttlebug.
I made a hanging card for my friends new Grandson.  As I am hosting the Forever Friends Challenged over on Docrafts forum I doubled it up with that.  It might be a bit early for Christmas cards, but you got to start some time.  Anyone interested in joining in the FF challenge can do so here
Hope you like it.

Made my first Boo Boo

Morning Folks!
As you can see I got my Cuttlebug !
Out it came from the box, carefully (I am a bit accident prone!)
Placed it gently on the table and read the instructions.
Of course the first sandwich I tried wouldn’t quite work

-  - Oh the horror if I had broken it on the first try – Gulp! Soooooooo I changed the top plate for the C plate and yip, you guessed it I now have a perfect scalloped oval shape cut into the C plate.  This was the thing that RedRottie had warned me about over on the DoCrafts site.  I sooo wish I had re-read her advice before I blundered in.

Watch this space for my first efforts.

My wait if over!

My Cuttlebug has finally arrived.  I have opened the box and stroked it, but don't have time yet to play with it. I HATE THURSDAYS.  Maybe tomorrow (she says wistfully!)

Ooops! I forgot to put in a link to the challenge and as I have no idea how to edit my original post I have to make a new one sooooooooo here is the link.

Thank to Karen at I Love Promarkers Blog challenge, for all her help.

Wouldn't you know it!

I made a hash of adding the card to the blog.
Off to bed now before I make it any worse.  Have e.mailed those concerned to apologise and hope they can help me sort it out.

First Blog Challenge Entry - I love Promarkers

Was going to say evening folks, but here it's actually good morning.
I have decided to enter my first blog challenge over on I Love Promarkers Challenge - Things with wings
I have altered a note book that I bought today from T K Maxx.
The image is one from the Mo Manning Digi site.
On the wings and the feather duster there is a bit of glamour dust.
The paper is a random piece from the botton of my paper drawer and the flower is make of paper flowers and a sticky flower - I remember not where I got it from, but it MIGHT be from Papermania!

Hope I am doing this right!
Elaine

Promarkers used
Skin - Ivory, blush, vanilla and baby pink
Dress/apron/feather duster - pastel green & a little bit of turquoise
Duster - baby pink and rose pink
Hair - vanilla and cinnamon
